Good morning, Vietnam! I hope no one is floating around Buenos Aires in a lifeboat this morning after yesterday’s storm craziness. We had a mini lake in our office, and I suddenly felt badly for anyone who lives on the ground floor of their apartment building. The skies are looking ominous and gray again, so let’s set our sights on something positive and uplifting!
Next week – February 8, to be exact – the Oasis Clubhouse will be hosting a benefit to raise money for FestEco, Argentina’s first carbon-free festival. In conjunction with Ambientate, the groups have invited three of Buenos Aires’ amazing organic chefs to participate in a pop-up dinner event in order to raise both awareness and money for the FestEco.
The three chefs invited to participate are Diego Felix (from Colectivo Felix), Diego Castro (Raw food pioneer in Argentina) and Máximo Cabrera (from Kensho). All proceeds will go to the FestEco, Argentina’s first carbon-free festival set to take place on February 25 & 26 at the Espacio cheLA in Buenos Aires.
